Refund Policy

Exceptions / non-returnable

  • • Any payment that has once been remitted to EquaDoor is refundable.
  • • If you cancel the service after Service Man reaches you the money will not be refundable
  • • If you cancel before Service Man reaches you the money will be refundable.
  • • EquaDoor reserves the right to modify the payment terms, project cost, timelines and handover date to accommodate any changes by you to the project documents, including specifications or material quality after sign off

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your cancellation request and let you know whether the refund shall be approved or not. If approved, it will be added on your next booking. you’ll be automatically rebooked on your same email or phone number. Please remember it may take some time.
